Booking System

 

Why Book?

In line with Government advice due to Covid19, and for your safety, numbers will be restricted in all gyms for the forseeable future. At Phase2 we are extremely lucky that we have far more space than most gyms, and can accomodate a large number of people very safely. However, we also don't want our members turned away, waiting for space in the gym, or arriving to find they cannot train. We are therefore implementing an optional booking system. to ensure if you need to train at a specific time, or attend a specific class, you will have the option to book and ensure your place.  

 

All indoor classes and gym times are now available to book online. Simply check the timetable to see which classes you want to attend, and then book them online. To make things even easier, set up a log in profile, & you can amend and cancel your bookings, and view exactly what you have booked and when.

To make things as fair as possible to everyone, we ask you do not book more than two weeks in advance, and only book sessions you plan to attend. We reserve the right to cancel bookings for any member who repeatedly fails to attend a booked class. We also ask that if you cannot attend a booked session that you ensure you cancel your booking, even if your session is imminent. This will allow us to allocate your place to someone else. 

You can still attend the gym without a booking, & we are confident the gym floor is unlikely to reach capacity, but attending without a booking is at your own risk and you will only be able to use the facility if we have spaces available. If a class or gym time is not available to book online, this means we are fully booked at that time, but check back regularly as cancellations may occur, and they will instantly appear back on the booking system as they become available.

 

Our outdoor gym equipment will remain available for use without booking, and you are not required to book for any outdoor activities.
